1. We are generally an invite only organisation for mature minded, avid backers of the game. Generally, our recruitment is via invitation only, however we are happy for non-referred members of the Star Citizen community to apply. Our membership is subject to a probationary period of one month and is only open to members who are over the age of 21. The probationary period gives our members time to get to know you and for you to get to know all of us. During your probationary period your membership may be terminated if we believe you are not a good fit for our organisation.
2. It is a requirement of our organization that all our members have a working microphone and join both our discord server and our RSI Org. Full membership of our organisation is based on member referrals, your application, and a vote of the governing corporate council.
3. We have a zero tolerance for any form of discriminatory or defamatory comments.
4. Cursing is acceptable so long as it is not done in a demeaning or derogatory way.
5. This ORG is operated by a council of members. This council must vote to accept or reject an applicant. Decisions are made via majority consensus. Appointment to the council requires a current council member to sponsor you. It’s based on merit and time in the org.
6. The channel moderators / Admins are there to assist members and to ensure a safe and happy experience. Please listen to any of their instructions / directions. They have the ability to time out, kick or ban individuals who break our rules of good conduct.
7. Keep CAPS messages to the minimum, be mature and respect other members.
8. Do not openly or passively recruit for other servers / Orgs unless they are a registered affiliate of ours. We welcome cross play with other ORGS and we encourage our members to participate in as many organisations as they like. It is a requirement that this org be your primary org to hold office here. If you have an org you wish to promote, let one of the admins know and they will take it to the council for approval.
9. Be respectful to other members. Everyone is entitled to an opinion, however we are not here to debate politics, religion or world affairs. Members are not to participate in disseminating gossip or hearsay about other members. Any member related issues should be brought to the attention of the mods or site admins. We are here to enjoy Star Citizen.
10. You are not permitted to Pirate / take hostile action against fellow org members unless its consensual PVP.
11. We are a fully inclusive ORG, all abilities are welcome. If anyone requires assistance, please reach out to one of the council members.
12. Please Donate AUEC to the org bank so that other players might benefit from your success.
13. Be kind to new players and please offer to help. We are new player friendly and it is everyone’s responsibility to help new players get their footing in the verse.
14. Discussions re the “Grey Market” are allowed in general. We do not facilitate or endorse “Grey Market” Trading in any way.
15. Self-promotion, including advertising, asking for upvotes, inviting people into your Discord server and so on is not allowed. You can share content you create in the Corp Scrapbook category, but strictly NO Twitch links, Streams, or Discord integration apps within our channels.

Additional Information

Discord Rules

1. Members must ensure their Discord name is exactly the same as their ingame name on RSI. This makes it easier for other members to add you and find you in game. The mod team will change your name if they notice it is different or you may be accidentally kicked if we cannot match you with an RSI account.
2. Do not post gifs or pictures that are sexist or misogynistic or contain any NSFW content.
3. Be kind to new members and invite them to your game sessions. We are a very close knit org and it can be a bit daunting for new members to break into the fray when they don’t know anyone.
4. In voice channels please give everyone the chance to speak and try not to talk over other people.
5. We do not allow discussions on religion and world politics in our general voice channels.
6. Do not message or interact with the discord Bots.

Rank Structure

Delamar Admiral

This Rank is awarded to Senior members of the Delamar Corporation. With this rank comes the ability for overall tactical command of the full Delamar Fleet or a Division of the Delamar Corporation.

Delamar Captain

This rank commands up to a capital sized vessel with a full Delamar crew compliment.

Delamar Lieutenant

This Rank can command up to a sub capital vessel with a Delamar crew compliment and serve as senior bridge crew on capital vessels.

Delamar Ensign

This Rank is commonly held by our fighter pilots, holders can command any sized ship up to and including large vessels.

Delamar Crew

Delamar crew form the backbone of the Delamar Corporation. Individually they can command vessels ranging from small to medium. They provide crew for sub capital and capital sized ships during org operations and military manoeuvres. Delamar crew may be allocated positions in areas such as, fleet gunnery, medical, engineering or asked to act as part of our Marine ground combat forces.

Delamar Recruit

The rank of recruit is awarded to members when they first are accepted into the Delamar Corporation.

Probationary Members

When you join the Delamar Corporation you are first put onto Probationary Status. Once you have have spent time in game and participated in the Discord with other members your name will be put forward by a sponsor to the Citizen Council to be voted on for Full Member Status. At this vote your activity level within the org will be presented. Probationary members who go inactive after joining the Org will be removed from the ORG after 4 weeks of inactivity. Probationary members are required to meet Org activity and conduct standards and be member sponsored within 8 weeks of joining. Probationary Members who fail to do this will be removed from the ORG.
